Organising a Charity Golf Day this year?
Been chosen as host charity by a golf club captain?
Here's a sure fire way to boost the funds you raise without any of the golfers hitting a ball in anger.
During registration, when the golfers are drinking the club dry of coffee and eating their bacon butties, sell them 'Mulligans'.
'Mulligans' enable the golfer to take 3 extra tee shots without it affecting their score, in return for a donation to the charity.
How much? It's up to you. £10? Fifty golfers donating £10 each = £500 before they've even started the day.
Hope this helps.
